Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge any time before cutting begins — typically within 48 hours of ordering. Every order is cut to order, so once cutting has started it can no longer be canceled; you can still return the fabric within 30 days of delivery under our Return & refund policy.

To cancel, email support@endlessfabrics.com with your order number as soon as possible. If cutting hasn't started, we cancel the order and you are never charged.

Orders we can't fulfill — for example, a spot lot that sells out before cutting — are canceled and never charged.
